I've learned that the best technical solutions come from teams that communicate well, trust each other, and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. Turns out the best software comes from teams that actually talk to each other. Who knew.

Originally from Italy (yes, I have opinions about your carbonara), moved around quite a bit, and now calling Zürich home. I've somehow never worked anywhere with just one language or culture. Wouldn't have it any other way.

When I'm not thinking about team dynamics or system architecture, you'll find me experimenting in the kitchen, trying out a new restaurant, driving on mountain roads, or gaming.
